Facilities at WCRC
 Upgrading of facilities was completed in 1998 with a sponsor's area that flows out onto a balcony overlooking the parade ring. Punters are well looked after with a large under cover betting area with a strong ring of bookmakers.
WCRC has a refreshment kiosk on course which is open each raceday where light food snacks and drinks are available.
Functions
WCRC catering department are only too happy to accommodate large groups or special needs. If you have any special requirements or extra catering needs you may order up to five days prior to raceday.
Raceday
Marquees' and catering are available for hire on request for small or large groups at any of the 13 meetings. Special packages are made available for Jungle Juice raceday. Please phone 02 4961 1573 for further enquiries.
Non Raceday
Cessnock Racecourse is available on application for hire for events such as trade shows, weddings, events and community activities. Subject to terms and conditions on application. Ph 02 4961 1573 for further enquiries.
